Return & Exchange Policy
- Once the order is placed, we have NO CANCELLATION/ RETURNABLE/ EXCHANGE POLICIES!
- We don’t offer REFUND under any circumstances.
- If you have received a damaged/ defective or wrong product, please send the opening video over email to theglamshell1@gmail.com or WhatsApp on 9711477838 within 24 hours of delivery.
- Please ensure that the parcel opening video is from the beginning without any cuts or pauses.
- On receiving the video, your request will be reviewed and you will be notified for the approval of your request.
- After receiving the product, a fresh piece will be sent.
- In case of Product Unavailability, we will inform you and a credit voucher with a validity upto 12 months will be issued (no refund).
- An exchange request for a damaged/ wrong product without the opening video will not be taken into consideration.
- SALE products are NOT eligible for any kind of Return or Exchange.
- Below are the reasons that will not be considered for DAMAGE/DEFECT:
🔺Colour variation from product photos.
🔺Minor imperfections like loose threads, crease marks, removable stains etc.
🔺Self inflicted damage to the product while trying on item.
🔺Customer’s dislike on product quality and preference.
🔺Please don’t open your parcel with scissors. Open the parcel with your hands only. We will not be liable if you damage it while opening.
